| 摘 要： | 目的:了解该地区小儿社区获得性肺炎嗜肺军团菌(Lp)的感染情况。方法:选取14岁以下社区获得性肺炎患儿386例,应用ELISA检测其血清Lp1～6型IgG抗体,应用PCR-荧光探针法检测嗜肺军团菌特异性DNA片段。结果:ELISA-IgG阳性14例,PCR-荧光探针法阳性16例,总阳性数18例,阳性率为4.67%;1岁0例,1～3岁2例(1.6%),3～7岁9例(9.4%),7～14岁9例(10.4%);6～8月份发病10例(55.6%),9～11月份6例(33.3%),12～5月份2例。结论:嗜肺军团菌在小儿社区获得性肺炎中起着一定的病原学作用,各年龄组感染率不同,随年龄增长感染率增加,多发生在夏秋气温较高的季节。
