洛阳地区弓形体病感染特征研究

本文采用间接血凝法对洛阳地区部分人群及动物弓形体感染特征进行了研究．结果人群感染率为5．79％，男性为4．72％，女性为6.84％。年龄分布为20～50岁青壮年感染率最高为5．86％～6．81％。城市居民感染率为4．71％，农村居民为6．54％，动物中以猪（12.98％）和褐家鼠（13．11％）感染率较高．表明本地区人群存在弓形体感染，猪和褐家鼠可能为保虫宿主和传染源。上述结果为该病的防治提供了基本资料。

Study on infection characteristics of toxoplasma gondii in Luoyang district

Indirect hemaglutination was applied in the paper to make a study of the animals as well as a group of people in Luoyang district. The results showed that the infection rate of a group of prople was 5. 79%,among which male was 4. 72%,female 6. 84%, ranging in age from 20 to 50, the highest rate was 5. 86% ~6. 81 % among the adult. There was 4. 71% of infection rate among urban dwellers and 6. 54% among the population in the rural area. And there was high infection rate of swine (12. 98% )and rattus norvegicus (13.11 % ) among the animals. All the above-mentioned results indicate that toxoplasma gondii infection took place in the group of people in the district,swine and rattus norvegicus probably were reservior hosts and the cause of infection as well,which provided us with basic information for the prevention and cure of the disease.
