100例胃癌患者血液流变学指标变化及临床意义

目的探讨胃癌患者血液流变指标变化及其临床意义。方法测定100例胃癌患者与50例健康成人的全血粘度、红细胞压积、血浆粘度、校正全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数,并对两者进行比较。结果①胃癌患者血液流变学指标结果多呈现为血液的高粘滞状态,表现为校正全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数增高,随着浸润深度增加,各项指标的异常更加明显。②限局型、团生型中的红细胞聚集指数分别高于浸润型、巢弥生型,差异极其显著。进行期组红细胞刚性指数极显著高于早期组及对照组。结论胃癌患者血液流变学各项参数的变化对胃癌的生长、局部浸润及血行转移都具有重要的临床意义。

Research on the Change of Hemorheology in 100 Patients with Gastric Cancer and Its Significance

Objective To investigate the changes of hemorheology in patients with gastric cancer and its significance.Methods The blood viscosity,hematocrit,plasma viscosiity,revised plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity value were detected in 100 patients with gastric cancer and 50 persons without disease,and the results of the two groups were compared.Result(1)Hyperviscosity was often observed in patients with gastric cancer,which presented with the increase of revised plasma viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity value,the more the infiltrative depth,the more significant the difference between every parameter.(2)Erythrocyte aggregation index was significantly higher in restricted and massive growth types than in infiltrative type and nest diffuse type.Erythrocyte rigidity value in active stage was significantly higher than in early stage and control.Conclusion The changes in every parameter of hemorheology in patients with gastric cancer are of great significance to the growth,infiltration and hematogenous metastasis of gastric cancer.
