| 摘 要： | 建立反向间接夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法，检测可疑为柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒性心肌炎患者血清中病毒特异性ＩｇＭ抗体，在对临床诊断为病毒性心肌炎的患者中，柯萨奇病毒ＩｇＭ抗体阳性率为２７％，结果说明该法在早期诊断病毒性心肌炎方面具有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | The reversed indirect sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was established and used to detect coxsackievirus B group IgM antibody in patients of viral myocarditis. The positive rate was 27%. The results indicated that this method was suitable for early diagnosis of viral myocarditis. |
