摘    要:目的观察解脲支原体和人型支原体的药敏情况,以提高治疗支原体感染的疗效。方法用珠海益明生物工程制品厂生产的集培养鉴定药敏一体的试剂盒对603例患者进行解脲支原体和人型支原体检测。结果测出支原体阳性株462例,单纯解脲支原体阳性301例,解脲支原体与人型支原体混合感染161例。单纯解脲支原体株对抗生素的敏感性依次为交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素、罗红霉素等。混合感染株对抗生素的敏感性依次为交沙霉素、美满霉素、司帕沙星、美满霉素等。结论药敏试验显示大部分菌株都产生耐药胜,混合性感染的耐药性更严重,提示临床应合理使用抗菌素,防止耐药株的增加,以提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective To observe the Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma Hominis in drug sensitivity in order to enhance the efficacy of treatment of mycoplasma infections. Methods Using Zhuhai Yiming Biological Engineering Products Factory produced one set of culture and identification of susceptibility kit on 603 cases of patients with Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis detection. Results Detected 462 cases of mycoplasma-positive strains, simple positive for 301 cases of UU, Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma Hominis 161 cases of mixed infection.Pure strains of Ureaplasma Urealyticum sensitivity to antibiotics was followed by josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline, clarithromycin, roxithromycin and so on. Mixed infection of strain sensitivity to antibiotics was followed by josmnycin, min~ycline, sparfloxacin, minocycline and so on. Conclusion Sensitivity test showed that most strains are resistant to mixed infections more severe drug resistance, suggesting that the clinical use of antibiotics should be reasonable to prevent the increase in drug-resistant strains in order to improve the curative effect.
