| 摘 要： | 研究表明组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histone deacetylase,HDAC)与包括泌尿生殖系肿瘤在内的许多肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,尤其是HDAC1,而目前针对HDAC与泌尿生殖系肿瘤形成、进展、转移相关具体机制及治疗策略的研究亦成为该相关领域的热点,相信随着对HDAC(尤其是HDAC1)研究的深入,将为临床泌尿生殖系肿瘤的诊治提供新的思路和策略.
