| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨环磷酸鸟苷（cGMP）与心脏应激状态的关系。方法：放免法测定16例低温麻醉体外循环心脏直视手水患者围手术期7个时段的血浆。cGMP值，并同期测定30例健康献血员的cGMP值作为对照。结果：各时段cGMP值间的差异有极显著意义（P＜0．01）。结论：心脏承受手术操作和体外循环的刺激，cGMP也同步发生变化，提示cGMP作为心钠素的第二信使实质上反映了心脏应激强度的变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relations between cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) and cardiac stress Methods 16 cases of intracardiac surgery under direct vision with hypothermia and extracorporeal circulation were collected and the levels of cGMP in serum were determiped in seven time phases of the peri - operation period. Simutaneously, levels of cGMP of 30 healthy blood donors were also determined as control. Results There were significant differences among the levels of cGMP of the different time phases (P < 0. 01). Conclusion The cGMP levels change along with the heart bearing the stimulation of operation and extracorporeal circulation. The cGMP, as the second messenger of ANF, reflect the intensity of cardiac stress. |
