| 摘 要： | 目的：总结自体颗粒脂肪移植隆乳的手术技巧。方法：采用一次性注射器取自体颗粒脂肪清洗后移植于乳房后间隙，每侧每次移植40－60mL，共1－5次。结果：接近手术的89例，术后乳房均有体积增大或弹性增加。结论：只要方法得当自体颗粒脂肪移植是隆服的可行方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the operation skill of augmentation mammaplasty with fat granule injection auto-transplantation. Methods: The fat granule was extracted with injectors, and injected to the breast after washing repeatedly. The quantity of fat granule was 40 - 60mL in ome side at the one time, and each patient was treated one to five times. Results: Eighty - nine patients were treated in this method. The obvious absorption of grafts was not observed. The breast looked symmetry, chubbiness and felt soft. Conclusions: It might be a practiced method for augmentation mammaplasty with the fat granule auto - transplantation. |
