摘    要:目的建立一种贴近临床的幼年雄性SD大鼠营养性肥胖模型。方法用高能量饲料喂养幼年大鼠4~8周,观察大鼠体重及肥胖指数、内脏脂肪及脂肪系数、血脂和血浆瘦素水平的变化。结果造模第4周末,高能量饲料组大鼠体重已明显大于基础饲料对照组,肥胖指数、内脏脂肪质量及脂肪系数也大于对照组,同时血浆甘油三酯、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均明显增高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈明显降低趋势,空腹血浆瘦素明显升高;造模第8周末,模型组体重增加更明显,上述其他各项指标异常进一步加重。结论高能量饮食可以使幼年大鼠发生营养性肥胖,并伴有高脂血症。

Abstract:Objective To establish the impuberism male SD rat model with nutritional obesity.Methods Impuberism male SD rats were divided into two groups and maintained for 4 weeks to 8 weeks on high-energy diet and normal diet respectively.Both groups' body weight,Lee's index,abdominal fat,plasma TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C,plasma leptin levels were measured after 4-8 weeks.Results Compared with the normal feeding group,the body weight in the high-energy feeding group significantly increased,Lee's index and abdominal fat were also more than those in the control group,the levels of plasma TG,TC,LDL-C and leptin remarkably increased,while the plasma HDL-C lowered.The above abnormal changes became even worse at the end of 8 weeks.Conclusion Impuberism rats fed high energy diet can develop nutritional obesity with high plasma TG,TC,LDL-C and leptin and lower HDL-C level.
