提上瞼肌折叠聯合額肌吻合衍29例的臨床療效

目的 探讨改良的提上睑肌缩短术治疗上睑下垂的临床疗效。方法 选择29例(35眼)上睑下垂患者,采用提上睑肌折叠联合额肌吻合术。结果 30眼上睑下垂术後早期平视时上睑缘遮盖上方角膜1～2mm者25眼,睑裂为6～9mm为32眼(91.8％),术後平均随访10(6～18)月,上睑缘位置轻度回退,最大回退量不超过2mm,上睑弧度及双重睑形成良好,睡眠时眼睑闭合良好,瞬目运动较自然。结论 该术式在改善提睑功能和增强美容效果两方面对矫正上睑下垂有良好的长期效果。

Clinical efficacy of pleating of levator palpebrae superioris combned with anastomosis of frontal muscle

Objective To observe clinical effect of a modified surgical procedure to short levator palpebrae superioris in blepharoptosis. Methods Twenty nine cases (35 eyes) of blepharoptosis were treated with pleating of levator palpebrae muscle combined with anastomosis of frontal muscle. Results On straight gaze, the early postoperative lid fissure was over 6 (6-9)mm in 32 eyes and the superior eyelid margin was over upper corneal area for l-2mm in 25 eyes. After an average follow-up of 10 months, there was slight retrocession of the superior eyelid margin in most patients with most retrocession less than 2mm. The eyelid radian and an upper lid fold were in good shape. The eyelfold depth of the ptotic eye was similar to that of normal eyes. The winking and closing of the eyelid were normal. Conclusion This surgical procedure can achieve good cosmetic and functional result over a long term.
