| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院门诊就诊患者对甲型H1N1流感知识知晓率的现状，为相关部门对流行性传染病的防控工作和健康宣教提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷，对北京市某三级甲等综合医院2009年5月至6月期间的门诊就诊人群进行问卷调查，共获得245份有效问卷。结果不同文化程度的门诊就诊患者对甲型H1N1流感知识的知晓率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；门诊就诊不同科室的患者对甲型H1N1流感相关知识知晓率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），孕妇更关心甲型H1N1流感预防相关知识，知晓率最高，占89．88％，而外科患者知晓率最低，占62．31％。结论应加强对门诊就诊患者甲型H1N1流感的健康宣教。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the awareness and knowledge about influenza A - HI NI in outpatients and provide reference for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Method A total of 245 outpatients were recruited from a Grade Ⅲ Class A hospital in Beijing from May to June 2009 and were invesigtaed with a self - designed questionnaire. Results There were significant differences in the knowledge about influenza A - H1N1 among the outpatients with different educational background and in defferent departments. The awareness rate was highest in pregnant women （ 89. 88% ） , while lowest in surgical patients （62,31%）. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen health education about influenza A -H1N1 for the outpatients. |
