针灸治疗血管性痴呆的理论与应用进展

血管性痴呆系由一系列脑血管病导致脑组织损伤所引起的痴呆综合征的总称.近年来许多临床和实验研究表明VD可作为针灸的有效适应证,因此,针灸治疗VD的临床文献报道日益增多.作为一种非药物疗法,针灸疗效肯定,且对患者的智能和社会活动能力康复有诸多积极意义,但是近年研究还存在一些问题,需要进一步改进.

Progression of theory and application of acupuncture on treatment of vascular dementia

Vascular dementia(VD) is the general term of dementia syndrome caused by the injury of brain tissue resulted from a series of cerebral vascular diseases. In recent years, it is shown in many clinical and experimental researches that VD is the effective indication of acupuncture, for which, there are more and more clinical literatures reported on the treatment of VD with acupuncture. Being a kind of non-medicinal therapy, acupuncture receives definite therapeutic effect and provides much positive significance for recovering the intelligence and social living ability of patients. Since there are still some questions left in recent-year researches, the further improvement is required.
