球囊导管扩张术治疗食管贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的探讨

目的探讨球囊导管扩张食管贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的方法及疗效。方法从1997～2005年对经食管钡透及临床证实吻合口狭窄21例病人行球囊扩张术，其中食管癌术后17例，贲门癌术后4例。结果21例患者通过1～2次扩张获得成功，球囊导管插入成功率100％，术后未出现消化道大出血、吻合口瘘等并发症。结论方法简单，效果满意，安全可靠，是目前治疗吻合口狭窄的好方法。

Exploration about anastomotic orifice stenosis by balloon ductal dilatation for postoperative esophageal cardiac carcinoma

Objective The discuss balloon expansion esophagus, after the esophageal cardiac cancer anastomotic orifice stenosis,about its method and the curative effect.Methods From 1997 to 2005,to pass and the clinical confirmation the anastomotic stoma narrow 21 patients by balloon expansion technique, esophagus carcinoma 17 examples,the Cardiac opening of stomach cancer 4 examples. Results 21 patients obtain the successful, the ball insertion success ratio after 1 - 2 times expansions 100%, after the technique no digestive tract massive hemorrhage and fistula complication. Conclusion The method is simple, safe and reliable. The effect is satisfied.
