摘    要:目的:针对目前医学生体格检查技能以及t临床动手能力普遍下降的问题,探索临床技能培训和提高学生t临床实践能力的有效方法。方法:对92名儿科学专业实习生采用摸底考核、观摩、模拟练习、点评、再考核方式,教师脱产专职集中分组短期强化培训实习生体格检查能力,比较培训前后考核成绩。结果:学生体格检查手法的规范程度、熟练程度、准确程度和全面程度及总成绩均有明显提高(P〈0.05);多数学生对该方法表示赞同。结论:短期强化训练教学法有利于纠正学生查体中的错误,增强学生查体熟练程度及规范性,快速提高学生体格检查技能。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effective method of clinical skill training and the method of improving clinical practice ability of Medical Students.Methods:92 Pediatric students were trained by being examined before training,observing,exercising,appraising and being examined again after training.The teachers trained students in full-time.The scores before and after the training were compared.Results:Specification level,dexterity degree,validity degree,overall degree and total score of physical examination maneuvers were significantly improved(P<0.05);Most students applauded this training manner.Conclusion:Short-term reinforced Training is an advantage for improving students' skills of physical examination rapidly.
