| 摘 要： | 本实验采用一次性被动回避条件反射方法－跳台实验，观察苯妥英钠对小鼠学习记忆的影响，并与东莨菪碱、３０％乙醇、氯霉素所造成的小鼠记忆障碍病理模型的比较。结果表明：苯妥英钠破坏小鼠的学习记忆获得同东莨菪碱相类似，但不影响小鼠记忆的再现和巩固。

| Abstract: | Dephenylhydantoin (DPH) was investigated for it's amnestric effects in one trial passive avoidance learning-step down test in mice.DPH was shown to impair acquisition of memory in mice as the same as Scopolamine .but not to impair retrieval pocesses and consolidation of memory. |
