腮腺区异位脑膜瘤1例报告

脑膜瘤是颅内最常见的非胶质瘤,异位于颅外者非常少见。异位脑膜瘤好发于头皮、颅骨、眼眶、鼻窦、中耳、鼻腔、颈部、腹膜后、三叉神经半月神经节、硬脑膜外层等。脑膜瘤属良性肿瘤,有时可呈浸润性生长,但无远处转移,手术彻底切除可得到根治。本文报告1例异位于腮腺的脑膜瘤。

Ectopic meningiomas in the parotid gland:A case report

Meningiomas Is the most common kind of the non- gelatiaous tumour which happens in the skull. Ectopic meningiomas is rarely seen. The tumor always generates in the scalp, cranial bones , orbit , nasal sinus , middle ear , nose ,neck, post-peritoreum, semi lunar node and ebonite membrane . Meningiomas is benign tumor,sometimes develops infil trately,but it never metastasize. Radical resection is the best therapy.This paper reports a case of meningioma in the parotid gland.
