| 摘 要： | 目的 分析和探讨新医改背景下基层社区医生的工作现状与职业前景.方法 运用现场调查法和文献归纳法总结分析其现状和前景.结果 新医改实施的基本药物制度对社区医生工作的影响毋庸置疑.结论 政府和全社会都应更加重视社区医生的发展,最大限度发挥新医改惠民利民的作用.
