| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州市白云区居民健康素养水平和影响因素,评价健康素养干预效果。方法采用分层随机抽样方法确定调查对象;以健康教育和健康促进为策略开展以知识干预为主的干预活动;通过比较前后两次居民健康知识和行为的变化情况来评价干预效果。结果调查“健康理念及基本知识”、“健康生活方式与行为”和“健康技能”这三方面的内容后显示,基线调查总体知晓率为64.90%,终末调查总体知晓率为70.35%。被动吸烟的危害、艾滋病相关知识、发现病死畜的处理方式、妇女相关的产检知识、药品有效期的查看和测量脉搏等知晓率仍处于较低水平。回归模型发现影响居民健康素养的主要因素为性别、文化程度和户籍。结论居民健康素养在干预后有了一定的提高,定期开展自主学习为教育方式的干预手段是一种切实可行的健康教育模式。
