2006-2013年苏州市立医院围产儿死亡情况分析

目的通过了解苏州市立医院围产儿死亡情况,分析影响围产儿死亡的原因,降低围产儿死亡率,提高围产保健质量。方法以2006-2013年在苏州市立医院分娩的产妇为对象,以产房《分娩登记本》和电子监测信息系统登记为依据,统计围产儿死亡及死因情况。结果 2006-2013年苏州市立医院本部、北区、东区共分娩围产儿147 201例,围产儿死亡1161例,围产儿死亡率7.89‰。围产儿死亡的主要原因为出生缺陷、脐带胎盘因素、母亲疾病、早产低体重、原因不明。多胎妊娠围产儿死亡率高于单胎妊娠围产儿死亡率。外地户籍人口围产儿死亡率高于本地户籍人口围产儿死亡率。结论规范外地户籍人口和高危妊娠管理,加强优生优育指导,规范围产保健管理,以降低围产儿死亡率。

An analysis of perinatal death from 2006 to 2013 in Suzhou Municipal Hospital

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of perinatal death,reduce perinatal mortality and improve the perinatal health care quality. Methods Puerpera gave birth in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from 2006 to 2013 were investigated.Information was collected based on delivery registration system and electronic survillance system. Perinatal death prevalence and the causes were analyzed. Results During 2006 to 2013,147 201 delivery were conducted in the three districts of Suzhou Municipal Hospital,and there were 1161 perinatal deaths. The perinatal mortality rate was 7. 89‰. The major causes of perinatal death included fetal malformation,placental and / or umbilical cord factors,maternal factors,premature birth,low birth weight and other unknown factors. The perinatal mortality was higher among migrant population than multiple pregnancy population. Conclusions The preganancy management of migrant population and high-risk population should be enhanced,improved eugenic guidance and perinatal healthcare management should be provided to decrease perinatal mortality.
