| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妇产科失血性休克临床救治方法及要点。方法选取2010年12月至2013年12月于我院妇产科发生的100例失血性休克病患为研究对象,所有患者均为即行施以救助治疗,回顾性分析其临床抢救和护理资料。结果 100例患者均于术中积极配合抗休克治疗,于医护人员的积极施救后脱离生命危险,后痊愈出院,治疗总有效率为100%。结论及时实施救治措施是保障妇产科失血性休克患者生命安全的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and summarize the clinical treatment of hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics. Methods One hundred patients with hemorrhagic shock, who were admitted to our hospital from December 2010 to December 2013, were collected and evaluated. All patients received treatment in time. Their clinical treatment and nursing methods were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were actively involved in anti-shock therapy during clinical operation. After effective treatment and nursing, all patients were cured and discharged. The overall response rate was 100%. Conclusion For patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics, timely clinical treatment is the key to saving their lives. |
