急性有机磷农药中毒心肌损害治疗观察

目的探究急性期有机磷中毒在临床中对心肌的损害情况。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析了我院抢救并治疗的120例有机磷中毒患者的临床资料,观察其心肌损伤情况。结果本组120患者在有机磷农药中毒后均出现心肌损害的现象,可以表现为临床中症状与体征的改变,继发的心电图改变和心肌酶学的改变。结论急性有机磷中毒会引起心肌的损害。在治疗急性有机磷中毒过程中,应使用心肌营养药并给予正确的抢救治疗。这在临床中有着重要意义。

Clinial study of treatment for myocardial damage associated with acute organophosphate posioning

Objective To investigate the extent of myocardial damage in the clinical course of acute organophosphate poisoning （AOPP）. Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyse the clinical data of 120 AOPP cases rescued and treated in our hospital to evaluate the extent of myocardial damage. Results All the patients developed AOPP -associated myocardial damage, which manifested as related clinical signs and symptoms, electrocardiographic abnormalities, and changes in levels of myocardial enzymes. Conclusion AOPP can cause myocardial damage. Clinical management of AOPP should include administration of myocardial nutrients and appropriate emergency treatment, which is of great clinical significance.
