冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常临床治疗

目的探讨冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者并发室性心律失常的有效治疗方法。方法选取我院在2012年1月至2014年1月收治的由冠心病导致的慢性心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用胺碘酮口服治疗,并比较两组疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后的心率（HR）明显下降（P〈0.05）,QT间期（Q-Tc）以及左室射血分数（LVEF）明显增加（P〈0.05）,且与对照组治疗后比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论对于冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者室性心律失常患者,在常规降血脂以及抗心衰治疗的基础上加用胺碘酮治疗可明显改善患者临床症状,提高疗效,改善患者预后。

Clinical treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmias caused by coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the effective treatment of patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmias caused by coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure and ventrieular arrhythmias caused by coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given conventional treatment and oral amiodarone. Their clinical outcomes were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly decreased heart rate after treatment （P〈O.05） and significantly increased QT interval and left ventrieular ejection fraction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure and ventrieular arrhythmias caused by coronary heart disease, conventional antilipidemie and anti-heart failure therapy combined with amiodarone can significantly improve their clinical symptoms and clinical outcomes.
