清源调脂胶囊治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝实验研究

目的：探讨清源调脂胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝动物模型形成的影响。方法：Wistar大鼠45只，随机分为正常组（n=9),模型组（n=12)，治疗组（n=12),对照组（n=12)，除正常组常规饲养外，其余3组同期予高脂饲料喂养造模，持续8W，其间，治疗组大鼠从造模1W末开始每日同步予清源调脂胶囊3粒／只，灌胃，对照组大鼠每日同步给予东宝肝泰片3片／只，灌胃，至8W末停药杀检，观察各组大鼠的一般情况及肝功能，血脂变化，并取局部肝组织切片镜检。结果：与模型组相比，治疗组，对照组大鼠的体重，肝指数及血总胆固醇（TC），甘油三酯（TG），低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C）等均呈下降趋势，肝脏脂肪沉积减轻，其中尤以治疗组大鼠较为显著（P＜0．05），结论：清源调脂胶囊能降低高脂血症大鼠血TC，TG，LDL－C水平，并能有效改善肝脏脂肪沉积，对高脂血症性脂肪肝有显著治疗作用，但在改善肝功能方面尚不及东宝肝泰片明显。

Experimental Study on Treatment of Fatty Liver with Hyperlipemia by Qingyuan Tiaozhi (QYTZ) Capsule

Objective: To explore the efficacy of QYTZ capsule in the prevention of fatty liver with hyperlipemia in rats induced by high-fat diet. Method: 45 Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups at random, i. e. standard diet (group 1, n = 9) ,high fat diet (group 2,n= 12) , high fat diet plus QYTZ capsule (group 3,n=12) and high fat diet plus Dongbao Gantai (DBGT) tablet (groups 4, n=12). Rats were killed at 8 weeks after experiment. The following indexes were detected in each group: the serum lipid, aminotransferase value and liver pathology. Results: QYTZ capsule group and DBGT tablet group have a trend toward a reduction in weihgt, liver index, serum lipid, aminotransferase activity, and lipid deposition in liver. As compared with the high-fat diet group,the level of all figure in the QYTZ capsule group were much lowered (P<0. 01). Conclusions:QYTZ has the effect of reducing liver index,serum lipid ,aminotransferase activity. And QYTZ can inhibit lipid deposition in liver, too. It shows remarkable therapy function to the fatty liver with byperlipemia in rats, but it is not as good as DBGT tablet in improving liver function.
