二甲双胍联合谷胱甘肽治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察

目的探讨二甲双胍联合谷胱甘肽治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法将我院2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予二甲双胍联合谷胱甘肽治疗，对照组给予维生素E治疗，评估两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组ALT、AST、TG、TC、HDL—C、LDL—C及BMI明显优于对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率96．67％，对照组70．00％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均未见明显的毒副作用。结论二甲双胍联合谷胱甘肽治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精脂肪肝效果明显．值得应用。

Observation on effect of diformin combined with glutathione in treatment of 2 type diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver

Objective To investigate the effect of diformin combined with glutathione in treating cases with 2 type diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods The 60 cases with 2 type diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver were divided into the observe group and the control group.The observe group received the western medicine treatment,and the observe group received the treatment of conbined treatment of diformin conbined with glutathione,the control group received the treatment of vitamin E,and the effect was evaluated.Results The ALT,AST,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and BMI in the observe group after treatment were superior to those in control group,and there was significant difference in them(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observe group and 70.00% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them(P < 0.05).There was no significant side-effect in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of diformin conbined with glutathione in treating cases with 2 type diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver is obvious,so they are worth being used.
