防石方防治内镜微创保胆取石术后胆囊结石复发的临床观察

目的探讨中药防石方防治内镜微创保胆取石术后胆囊结石复发的临床疗效.方法将我院2000～2002年符合内镜微创保胆取石术条件的120例胆囊结石患者分为对照组、观察组各60例,两组均先行内镜微创保胆取石术,对照组术后服消炎利胆片治疗,观察组术后服防石方治疗,比较两组疗效.结果观察组、对照组3年内胆囊结石复发率分别为1.67%、13.33%;观察组慢性胆囊炎症状消失较对照组理想(P＜0.05),有显著性意义.结论防石方减少内镜微创保胆取石术后胆囊结石复发、减轻慢性胆囊炎症状的功效较消炎利胆片为优.

Prevention and treatment of gallstone recurrence with Fangshi Formula after EMIC in protecting gallbladder

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Fangshi Formula on gallstone recurrence after endoscopic minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy (EMIC) in protecting gallbladder. Method To divide 120 cases suitable for EMIC condition from year of 2000 to 2002 into the control group and the observation group (each n=60), and then perform EMIC in protecting gallbladder on two groups respectively. After the operation the control group was given Siaoyanlidan Tablets and the observation group was given Fangshi Formula. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Result The recurrent rate of the observation group was 1.67% and that of the control group was 13.33% within 3 years. The observation group had an ideal disappearance rate of symptoms compared with the control group (P<0.05). It was significant. Conclusion Fangshi Formula is better than Xiaoyanlidan Tablets in reducing gallstone recurrence and relieving symptoms of chronic cholecystitis.
