| Abstract: | Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) could predict the location and size of acute cerebral infartion early and provide direct imaging data to thrombolysis treatment.Diffusion-weighted imaging,perfusion-weighted imaging,and magnetic resonance angiology could confirm the ischemic penumbra so that to guide the superearly thrombolysis treatment for acute cerebral infartion. |
