摘    要:缰核内微量注射乙酰胆碱能够明显降低大鼠痛阈。该作用可被三碘季铵酚阻断;但不被阿托品阻断。表明乙酰胆碱对缰核有兴奋作用。其降低痛阈的作用是通过与缰核内神经元的N受体结合而产生的。

Abstract:In order to explore what transmitters are involved in the pain sensory modulation of habnular nucleus (HN) , microinjection of drugs concerned into HN in rats and the pain threshold was measured with the tail-flick method by radiant heat stimulation.Acetylcholine (Ach) , when injected into HN (0.5 μl/ 0.5μg/2 nun on each side) , could decrease the pain threshold significantly. This effect could be blocked by gallamine triethiodide, a cholinergic nicotinic receptor blocker, but not by atropine,a cholinergic muscarinic receptor blocker. It was shown that the effect of Ach in exciting HN and thus decreasing the pain threshold was through its combination with HN, a nicotinic exciting action. On the basis of our previous work it is supposed that the possible pathway through which Ach decreases the pain threshold is from cholinergic fibers in the medial HN to locus caeruleus which is successively excited and the afferent transmission of impulses from pain points is thus strengthened.
