胆道疾病合并糖尿病62例外科治疗分析

目的：探讨胆道疾病合并糖尿病的的外科治疗措施。方法：对62例合并糖尿病的胆道痰病的手术病人手术前、后糖尿病的治疗、结果及手术结果做回顾性分析。结果：62例病人围手术期血糖及尿糖均能控制在理想范围内。除一例因严重感染败血症死亡外其余均康复出院，但术后并发症发生率较高。结论：胆道疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期严格控制血糖、尿糖,完全可以达到理想的外科治疗效果。但如何降低并发症发生率还待进一步研究。

Analysis of surgical treatment on 62 cases of the biliary tract diseases with diabetes mellitus

Objective: To explore the methods of surgical treatment on biliary tract diseases with diabetes mellitus. Methods: The preoperative and postoperative therapeutic effects of diabetes mellitus and the effects of surgical therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Totally 62 patients were enrolled. Results: The fast glucose and urine glucose of the 62 patients decreased to the ideal level in perioperative period .All the patients were cured except one died of septicemia caused by serious infection. But the morbidity of postoperative complications was 33.87%. Conclusion: It is very important to control fast glucose and urine glucose to the ideal level for the patients with biliary tract disease and diabetes mellitus in perioperative period, the effect of surgical treatment will be very gratified. Further study should be made to decrease the high postoperative complication.
