| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性呼吸道感染立即使用抗生素与不使用抗生素在治疗效果中的优缺点。方法对55例急性呼吸道感染患者随机分为立即与不使用抗生素两组，观察其临床效果。结果40例（72．7％）不用抗生素的患者均获得痊愈，14例（25．5％）立即使用抗生素也获得痊愈，1例疑似肺炎衣原体肺炎收住院。结论急性呼吸道感染患者不给予抗生素与立即给予抗生素相比，临床效果相似。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of immediate or absent using of antibiotics for cases with acute respiratory tract infections.Methods One hundred and eighty-six cases with acute respiratory infections were randomly divided into the two groups.One group was treated with immediate using of antibiotics,and the other with non-using of antibiotics.The difference of clinical effect was obversed and analysed.Results Among the 55 patients,completed the whole following-up and treatment,40 cases... |
