| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃充盈超声检查对胃癌术前TMN分期的意义。方法对43例胃癌患者的超声检查结果及其TNM分期与术后病理结果进行分析比较。结果胃充盈超声对胃癌浸润深度T1、T2、T3和T4的诊断符合率分别为40．0％、60．0％、95．7％和80．0％，总符合率76．8％；对淋巴结转移N0、N1、N2诊断符合率分别为87．5％、52．6％和25．0％，总符合率60．5％；对肝脏、腹膜转移的诊断符合率为100％。结论胃充盈超声检查对胃癌及其术前TNM分期诊断具有较高的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | To study the clinical value of ultrasonography in TNM staging of gastric carcinoma.Forty-three patients of gastric carcinoma underwent ultrasonography.The results were compared with the pathological findings on the TNM classification.The detecting accuracy of the cancer invasion depths(T1、T2、T3、T4 were 40.0%,60.0%,95.7% and 80.0% respectively and the overall accuracy was 76.8%).The overall accuracy for N staging was 60.5%(N0 87.5%,N1 52.6%,N2 25.0%).The accuracy for determining distant metastases was 100%.Ultrasonography plays an important role on preoperative TNM staging of gastric carcinoma. |
