温阳活血利水法对充血性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素的影响

目的:观察温阳活血利水法治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效及对甲状腺激素的影响。方法:将60例患者分为两组各30例,对照组给予缬沙坦、地高辛、美托洛尔片、螺内酯等西药治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予温阳活血利水中药汤剂治疗,均治疗8周。观察两组治疗前后心脏功能、6 min步行距离、甲状腺激素水平变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为83.33%,对照组为56.67%;两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组6 min步行距离比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后T3、rT3、TSH有改善,与治疗前比较,有显著性意义(P<0.05);且优于对照组,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后T4值比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:温阳活血利水法治疗充血性心力衰竭有效,可改善甲状腺激素水平。

The Effects of Thyroid Hormone in Congestive Heart Failure Patients Treated by Weny ang huo xue lishui Method

Objective：Observe the effect of Wen-yang-huo-xue-li-shui（WYHXLS） method in treatment of congestive heart failure,and the effects of thyroid hormone.Methods：60 Patients were divided into 2 groups of 30 patients each,the control group was given valsartan,digoxin,metoprolol tablets,spironolactone,and other western medicine therapy;the treatment group was taken the same western medicine as the control group,and also taken the chinese medicine treatment for WYHXLS method.Two group were treated for 8 weeks.Observed the cardiac function six minutes walking distance,thyroid hormone index changes before and after treatment in 2 groups.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 83.33%,the contrel group was 56.67%.The difference of the six minutes walking distance was significant（P 0.05）.T3,rT3,TSH had improved in the treatment group,compared with before treatment,there were significant（P 0.05）;and was better than the control group,there was significant（P 0.05）;before and after treatment,T4 value showed no significant difference（P 0.05）in 2 groups.Conclusion：WYHXLS method in treatment of congestive heart failure is effective.
