| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨穴位热敏灸治疗肛肠病术后引发大便困难及便秘的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分成两组:治疗组42例,采用穴位热敏灸及外用开塞露治疗肛肠病术后便秘;对照组38例,予开塞露治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.48%和63.16%,治疗组效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位热敏灸治疗肛肠病术后便秘有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the mechanism and clinical effects of treating anus postoperative constipation with meridians thermal.Methods:In patients with constipation after anus surgery were randomly divided into treatment group(42 cases) and control group(38 cases).Enema were taken by control group and meridians thermal was given additionally in treatment group.Result:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.48% and 63.16%,the former was obviously better than the latter(P <0.05).Conclusion:It shows that meridians thermal has better effect of treating on constipation after anus surgery. |
