清热解毒化浊汤治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

目的:观察清热解毒化浊汤治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎(湿热中阻证)的临床疗效。方法:将48例随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例。两组均用常规护肝西药治疗,治疗组加用清热解毒化浊汤。治疗前后进行主要证候积分、肝功能、肝纤维化指标和疗效统计分析。结果:两组证候、肝功能、降低肝纤维化指标均有改善,但治疗组优于对照组。结论:清热解毒化浊汤治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎(湿热中阻证)有较好临床疗效。

Clinical Study on Severe Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Heat-clearing,Detoxicating and Dissolving Turbidity Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingrejieduhuazhuotang treatments for severe CHB Shirezhongzuzheng.Methods:48 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group for each 24.The control group to conventional protecting liver of western medicine therapy,the treatment group on this basis we add Qingrejieduhuazhuotang.Doing statistical analysis on major syndrome integral,liver function and index of liver fibrosis and disease effects of he treatment before and after.Results:Both groups have certain improve patients’ syndrome,improve liver function,reduce the index of liver fibrosis function,but the treatment group is better.Conclusion:Qingrejieduhuazhuotang has better clinical curative effect to severe CHB Shirezhongzuzheng patients.
