83例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的手术策略分析

目的探讨后腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术的临床价值。方法回顾性分析83例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床资料。结果 83例均手术成功,手术时间40～115分钟,平均55分钟;术中出血30～60 ml,平均40 ml;术后住院时间4～5天,术中、术后均未输血,恢复好,未出现并发症。结论后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有微创、安全有效、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点,可作为肾上腺良性肿瘤手术的首选方法。

Strategies of laparoscopic surgery for the removal of adrenal tumors:Analysis of 83 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for the removal of adrenal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 83 cases of laparoscopic adrenalectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eighty-three patients were operated successfully.The mean surgical time was 55 min(40~115 min),and the mean estimated blood loss was 40 ml(30~60 ml).The postoperative hospital stay was 4~5 days.No patient underwent blood transfusion in operation and serious complications. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy possesses the advantages of micro-invasion,effectiveness and safety,rapid rehabilitation after operation,short hospital stay.It can be the first choice for adrenal benign tumor.
