氟康唑联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗老年人真菌性肠炎的疗效分析

目的评价氟康唑和枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合应用治疗老年人真菌性肠炎的疗效。方法将96例真菌性肠炎老年患者按随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,A组53例给予氟康唑联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,B组22例单用氟康唑治疗,C组21例单用枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,观察各组疗效和不良反应。结果 A、B、C三组的总有效率分别为100.0%、81.8%和76.2%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组疗效优于B组和C组(P<0.05,P<0.01),B组和C组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和B组出现不良反应,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟康唑联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗老年人真菌性肠炎较单用疗效好。

Curative effects of combined treatment with Fluconazole and Medilac-S in older people fungal enteritis

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the combined treatment with Fluconazole and Medilac-S in older people fungal enteritis. Methods Ninety-six patients with fungal enteritis were randomly divided into three groups named A, B and C. In group A （n = 53） patients were treated with Fluconazole and Medilac-S. In group B （n = 22）, patients were treated with Fluconazole only and in group C （ n = 21 ） were treated Medilac- S alone. The curative effect and drug adverse reaction were observed. Results The curative effective rates were found to be 100.0% ,81.8% and 76.2% in group A, B and C,respectively. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Group A showed a better curative effect than group B and C （P 〈 0.05and P 〈 0.01, respectively）, but no significant difference was found between group B and C （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was a drug adverse reaction in group A and B, but no significant difference was detected between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of the older people fungal enteritis with Fluconazole and Medilac-S may have better curative effect than that with single drug.
