莫沙必利治疗老年人慢性功能性便秘疗效观察

目的观察莫沙必利治疗老年人功能性便秘的疗效。方法选择50例慢性功能性便秘老年患者,其中慢传输型便秘(slow transit constipation,STC)和出口梗阻型便秘(outlet obstructive constipation,OOC)各25例,均给予莫沙必利口服12周,评价治疗效果。结果莫沙必利治疗STC和OOC的总有效率分别为84.0%和44.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,STC型患者大便间隔时间和每次排便时间较治疗前明显缩短(P<0.05);OOC型患者大便间隔时间和每次排便时间与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗12周后,大便间隔时间和每次排便时间较治疗前明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论莫沙必利可明显改善老年人功能性便秘的临床症状,对STC型和OOC型患者均有疗效,而对STC型患者效果优于OOC型患者。

Observation on the effect of Mosapride for chronic functional constipation in elderly patients

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mosapride in the treatment of chronic functional constipation in elderly patients. Methods 50 elderly patients with chronic functional constipation were documented as slow transit constipation （STC） group and outlet obstructive constipation （OOC） group,25 patients in each group. All patients were given Mosapride for 12 week;the therapeutic effect were evaluated after treatment. Results The total effective rate of Mosapride of STC group and OOC group for 12 week were 84.0% and 44.0% , the difference of efficacy had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 4 weeks treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in defecation interval and defecating-time in STC patients （P 〈 0.05 ） ;After 4 weeks treatment, there was no significant difference in defecation interval and defecating-time （P 〉 0.05）, But after 12 weeks, the defecation interval and defecatingtime were obviously lower in OOC patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mosapride therapy markedly improves the clinical symptoms of both STC and OOC in elderly patients and had definite efficicacy, the effective rate is greater in STC than in OOC.
