摘    要:目的评价1.5T磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)在胰腺良恶性肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法对25个胰腺病变进行DWI检查,分析胰腺癌与良性慢性肿块型胰腺炎DWI图像及表观弥散系数值(apparent diffusioncoefficient,ADC)的差异。结果 DWI图像上癌肿处于高信号,而肿块型胰腺炎处于较低信号;在b值为1000 s/mm2时,胰腺癌ADC值高于良性慢性肿块性胰腺炎,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论 DWI对胰腺癌及良性慢性肿块型胰腺炎具有鉴别价值,是对常规磁共振的有益补充。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of 1.5 T diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DW-MRI) in distinguishing between MRI of pancreatic carcinoma and innocent and chronic mass-forming pancreatitis. Methods DW-MRI was used to examine the pancreatic pathological changes in 35 cases.Difference in apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) was analyzed between pancreatic carcinoma and innocent and chronic mass-forming pancreatitis. Results There was obvious difference in molecular diffusion between pancreatic carcinoma and innocent and chronic mass-forming pancreatitis.ADC would be an effective parameter in distinguishing between pancreatic carcinoma and innocent and chronic mass-forming pancreatitis. Conclusions DWI is valuable for differentiating pancreatic carcinoma and innocent and chronic mass-forming pancreatitis,which is a useful supplement for conventional MRI examination.
