不孕症与健康行为相关因素的Logistic回归分析

目的探讨与不孕症相关的心理、性格、行为等方面的危险因素及保护性因素,为进一步开展预防性干预研究打下基础。方法对115例在解放军第91中心医院生殖中心确诊的不孕症患者进行个人基本信息、所处环境信息等一般情况调查,及症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和健康行为量表(RHBC)等量表测量。设立正常生育的妇女志愿者为对照组。结果最终筛选出有统计学差异的7个危险因素和2个保护性因素(P均<0.05)。危险因素按危险度大小排列依次为:初次性生活年龄、焦虑、年龄、抑郁、睡眠饮食差、体重指数高及神经质的性格;保护性因素有健康行为总分和健康实践行为。结论初次性生活过早、年龄偏大、焦虑、抑郁、睡眠饮食差、体重指数高及神经质的性格是不孕症的主要危险因素,健康的行为可以提高女性的生育能力。

The logistic regression analysis on healthy behavior factors related to infertility

Objective To inquire into dangerous factor and protection factor related to infertility so as to lay the foundation for taking preventional intervetion research.Methods The 115 infertility patients diagnosed in the center of the PLA 91st hospital were carried on their personal basic information,environment information and received symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and Ego report of healthy amount of behavior scale(RHBC) evaluation.The normal women volunteer were recruited as controls.Results Finally 7 dangerous factors and 2 protection factors for learning meaning(P all<0.05) were screened.The dangerous factor according to the dangerous degree size were alignmented one by one in order BE: First time coition age,worry anxiously,age,suppress,sleep and food disorder,high weight index and neurotic personality.The protection factors were total healthy behavior cents and healthy practice behavior.Conclusion First time coition age,worry anxiously,age,suppress,sleep and food disorder,high weight index and neurotic personality are the main dangerous factors of infertility.The healthy behavior can improve the female's fertility.
