度洛西汀联合右佐匹克隆治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

目的探讨度洛西汀联合右佐匹克隆片治疗脑卒中后失眠、抑郁的临床疗效与不良反应。方法将70例脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）患者分成研究组和对照组各35例。治疗组患者予度洛西汀与右佐匹克隆片,对照组患者予度洛西汀与劳拉西泮片,连续服用3周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17项）、神经功能缺损评分表（NIHSS）、睡眠障碍量表（SDRS）减分率评定疗效,副反应量表（TESS）评定药物的不良反应。结果两组均有显著疗效,研究组和对照组的总有效率分别为88.67%和85.71%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.5）;两组TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论度洛西汀联合右佐匹克隆片治疗脑卒中后失眠、抑郁疗效确切,不良反应较少。

Observation on the effect of Duloxetine and Eszopiclone for post-stroke depression in elderly patients

Objective To discuss the effect and adverse reaction of Duloxetine and Eszopiclone tablets in the treatment of insomnia and post-stroke depression(PSD). Methods Seventy cases of PSD were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.Duloxetine combined with Eszopiclone tablets were used in the treatment group,and Duloxetine combined with Lorazepam Tablets in the control group for 3 weeks.Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression,NIH Stroke Scale and Sleeping Dysfunction Rating Scale were used to assess efficacy.And side effects were evaluated by Treatment Emergent Side-effect Scale(TESS). Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.67%,and that of the control group was 85.71%.The difference of efficacy between the two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.5).There was significant difference between the two groups in TESS(P < 0.01). Conclusions The therapy of Duloxetine and Eszopiclone tablets had definite efficacy and few adverse events in the treatment of insomnia and depressive symptoms of PSD in elderly patients.
