乘车时间影响门诊患者就医医院选择的研究

目的分析评价乘车时间对患者选择医院的影响程度,为卫生主管部门合理设置卫生服务机构、了解患者需求提供依据。方法通过调查问卷考察乘车时间对四川省达州市和德阳市286名门诊患者选择医院的影响程度,采用心理物理方法构建＂乘车时间＂与＂对选择医院的影响程度＂之间的数量关系。结果 ＂乘车时间＂与＂对选择医院的影响程度＂二者之间呈现对数关系。结论从心理物理的角度解释了患者＂就近择医＂的现象。建议卫生服务机构应尽量设置在居民的40分钟交通圈内。

A study on the effect of time cost in transportation on out-patients'hospital choice

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of time cost in transportation on outpatient’s choice of hospitals,to help the department of health to set the medical service institutions reasonably and understand the needs of patients well. Methods Via questionnaires we investigated the 286 outpatients in Dazhou and Deyang in Sichuan Province on the effect of time cost in transportation their choice of hospital,and built a quantitative relation between time-cost of transportation and the degree of influence on the choice of hospital by the psychophysical methods. Results There was a logarithmic relation between those two factors. Conclusions The result explains the phenomenon that patients’ choosing nearest hospital from the point of view of psychophysics,and suggests that medical services facilities should be set close to community within 40 minutes’ driving distance
