| 摘 要： | 目的观察同期放疗、化疗治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期食管癌的疗效。方法回顾分析2004-6～2007-10应用同期放疗、化疗治疗初治中晚期食管癌患者75例的临床资料。结果 75例患者治疗结束后食管X线片检查有效率(完全缓解率+部分缓解率)为88%,1、2、3年生存率分别为74%、57%、48%,显示了较好的疗效。Ⅲ、Ⅳ级不良反应少。结论对失去了手术机会或不愿意手术者,评分较好的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期食管癌患者,可考虑给予同期放化疗。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of synchronically radiochemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced stage esophageal cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe therapeutic effect of synchronically radiochemotherapy to treat middle and advanced stage esophageal cancer(EC).Methods The clinical data from 64 cases of middle and advanced stage EC in author's department treated by synchronically radiochemotherapy from June 2004 to oct.2007 were analysed retrospectively.Results After treatment,X examination showed effective rate(complete remission rate and partial remission rate) was 88%,1-year,2-year and 3-year survival rate was 74%,57%,48%,respectively,with less adverse reaction in Grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ.Conclusion Synchronically radiochemotherapy could be given when patients lost operation chance or did not want operation,and had high score. |
