人巨细胞病毒感染人源细胞后的蛋白质检测

摘    要:目的探讨人源细胞对人巨细胞病毒(human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)的易感性及其感染后蛋白质的表达。方法用HCMV感染3种人源细胞并检测其病毒蛋白质表达情况。结果 HCMV可成功感染3种细胞并表达病毒蛋白。结论 HCMV在体外有较大的细胞嗜性。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the susceptibility of human primary cells to human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) and the protein expression afterwards. Methods The HCMV in our study was inoculated into three human primary cells to have detected the expression of viral proteins. Results HCMV could successfully infect three kinds of cells and expressed viral proteins. Conclusions HCMV has considerable cell tropism in vitro.
