| 摘 要： | 目的:本研究旨在通过对血清表皮生长因子(EGF)与胃息肉关系的研究,对胃息肉发生发展机制的研究提供理论基础。方法:用Elisa法测定60例胃息肉患者及30例正常人血清EGF。结果:与正常对照组相比,胃息肉组患者的血清EGF水平增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清EGF与胃息肉存在正相关,可能参与了胃息肉的形成。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the relationship between the serum Epidermal Growth Factor（EGF）and gastric polyp to provide the teoretical basis for the study of the pathogenesis of gastric polyp.Methods：The serum EGF level was detected by using ELISA in 30 healthy people and 60 cases of gastric polyp diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology.Results：The EGF level in gastric polyp was increased compared with the normal people（P0.05）.Conclusion：There was a positive correlation between EGF and gastric polyp,and the EGF may be involved in the formation of gastric polyp. |
