2009—2011年住院患者麻醉性镇痛药应用分析与评价

目的评价2009—2011年住院患者麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况及趋势。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2009—2011年住院患者麻醉性镇痛药数据及相关指标进行统计、分析。结果我院麻醉性镇痛药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,年增长率达10%以上。哌替啶注射液、布桂嗪注射液、芬太尼透皮贴的用药频度呈逐年下降趋势,吗啡制剂的用量在增加,舒芬太尼注射液用药频度较大。结论我院麻醉性镇痛药的应用渐趋于合理,但仍需加强合理应用宣传。

Evaluation and analysis on the application of narcotic analgesics in the inpatients from 2009 to 2011

Objective To evaluate the status and tendency of the application of narcotic analgesics in the inpatients from 2009 to 2011.Methods The application data and the related indexes of the narcotic analgesics in the inpatients were analyzed through a retrospective study.Results The consumption sum of narcotic analgesics in the inpatients incre-ased year by year with an annual growth rate was more than 10%.The defined daily doses of pethidine injection,bucinper-azine injection and fentanyl transdermal system were decreased.The consumption quantity of morphine was increased,but leading the list in terms of defined daily doses was sufentanil injection.Conclusion The application of narcotic analgesics in Xinjiang area tended to be rational.However,the rational use remained to be emphasized further.
