替米沙坦联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床研究

目的 研究应用替米沙坦联合泼尼松治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效观察.方法 分析我院2007年12月-2011年12月收治的特发性肺纤维化患者的临床资料64例,随机均分为实验组和对照组;对照组患者采用泼尼松治疗,实验组应用替米沙坦联合泼尼松治疗,连续治疗半年后,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较.结果 实验组的临床有效率、肺功能以及血气分析改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应用替米沙坦联合泼尼松治疗特发性肺纤维化疗效显著,能够明显改善患者的肺功能和临床症状,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Research on Telmisartan Joint Corticosteroids for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objective To study clinical curative effects on telmisartan and prednisone for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods Patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were retrospective analysed from December 2007 to December 2011,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases);The control group were treated by treatment with prednisone,the combined application telmisartan and treatment with prednisone,continuous treatment after six months,clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate,pulmonary function and improve blood gas analysis is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application telmisartan and treatment with prednisone idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis curative effect is distinct,it can significantly improve patients with lung function and clinical symptoms,and clinical application.
