2型糖尿病患者血清Hcy和C反应蛋白检测的临床意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)及并发症患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化及临床意义。方法将68例T2DM患者分为单纯T2DM组(32例)和T2DM合并并发症组(36例),健康体检者30例作为正常对照组,测定各组血清Hcy、CRP并作比较。结果 T2DM并发症组血清Hcy、CRP水平高于正常对照组及单纯T2DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清Hcy、CRP水平在T2DM及并发症组中明显升高,联合检测有助于判断其病变严重程度,为临床治疗以及判断预后提供依据。

Clinical Simificance of Detection of Homocy steine and C- reactive Protein in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the changes of serum homocysteine（Hcy） and C-reactive protein（CRP） and their clinical values in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and complications. Methods Sixty-eight patients with T2DM were divided into simple T2DM group（n=32） and T2DM combined complications group（n=36）.30 healthy volunteers were served as normal control group.Serum Hcy and CRP were determined and compared among the groups. Results The levels of serum Hcy and CRP in T2DM combined complications group were higher than those in simply T2DM group and normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusions The levels of serum Hcy and CRP in T2DM combined complications group are significantly increased,and the combined detection is conducive to judging the severity of the disease and providing the reference for clinical treatment and prognosis estimation.
