摘    要:目的观察经导管封堵先天性室间隔缺损术前后心律失常的变化及术前术后护理。方法选择在我院成功进行封堵术治疗的室间隔缺损(VSD)患者50例,对封堵术前后心率进行监测。结果50例患者中,18例于术前检测出22例次不同的心律失常,封堵术后心电监护早期发现不同的心律失常50例次,新发心律失常28例次,较术前明显增加(P〈0.001)。结论经导管封堵VSD术后心律失常发生率明显增加,有些心律失常相当严重,加强对室间隔缺损堵闭术前后病情的观测,加强护理是提高手术成功的重要保证。

Abstract:Objective To observe the change of arrhythmia of 50 cases before and after transcatheter closure of congenital ventricular septal defect(VSD) and provide the preoperative and postoperative nursing.Methods 50 cases,who successfully received the closure therapy of ventricular septal defect,were selected to monitor the heart rate before and after the closure operation.Results Among the 50 patients,18 patients had 22 times with different arrhythmia before the operation,50 times with different arrhythmia in the early heart rate monitoring after the closure operation,28 times with newly found arrhythmia with an obvious increase than that before the operation(P〈0.001).Conclusions The incidence rate of arrhythmia after transcatheter occlusion of VSD increases obviously.Some patients' arrhythmias are very severe.Strengthening the monitor of disease condition before and after closure of VSD and strengthening the nursing are the important guarantee for improving the success rate of this operation.
