摘    要:目的:急性猪在急性脑内血肿所致颅内高压时,脑组织PO2、PCO2、pH值的变化。方法:采用微量泵注射法建立猪急性脑内血肿模型,注血后连续监测平均动脉压(MAP),颅内压(ICP)、脑灌注压(CPP),脑组织氧分压(PtiO2),脑组织二氧化碳分压(PtiCO2),pH,HCO3^-及动脉血气的变化。结果:颅内注血后,ICP急剧上升,CPP下降,PtiO2下降(P〈0.01),PtiCO2升高(P〈

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of the brain tissue PO 2,PCO 2 and pH during intracranial hypertension caused by intracerebral hematoma in pigs. Methods: The pig model of acute intracerebral hematoma was established by micropump method. MAP,ICP,CPP and brain tissue PO 2,PCO 2,pH,HCO 3 - were continuously monitored before, during and after blood injection. The arterial blood gas was analyzed. Results: After blood was injected, ICP was elevated significantly, CPP was decreased, P ti O 2 was decreased ( P <0.01),P ti CO 2 was elevated ( P <0.05), pH decreased ( P <0.05).There were good correletions between P ti O 2, CPP and ICP. Conclusion: Cerebral ischemia and hypoxia is detected after acute brain injury by brain tissue PO 2 monitoring,which can predict the outcome of patients with severe head injury. [
