银翘青黛汤联合放化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的观察银翘青黛汤联合放化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法将90例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组:2组患者均进行同步放化疗,化疗应用EP方案,共2个周期。研究组自放化疗始口服银翘青黛汤(1剂/d,200 mL/次,2次/d)至放化疗结束。结果研究组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组明显升高(P均<0.05)。研究组、对照组的有效率分别为58%和51%(P>0.05),疾病控制率分别为93%和78%(P<0.05)。研究组中常见放化疗不良反应发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论银翘青黛汤能提高局部晚期肺癌患者的临床疗效,减少患者放化疗的不良反应。

Observation of curative effect of Yinqiao-Qingdai decoction combined with chemoradiotherapy on local advanced non small cell lung cancer

Objective It is to observe the curative efficacy and side effect of Yinqiao-Qingdai decoction combined with chemoradiotherapy on local advanced non small cell lung caner (NSCLC) patients. Methods Ninety local advanced NSCLCpatients were randomized divided two groups. All the patients received standard treatment of chemoradiotherapy for twostages. Chemoradiotherapy used EP schedule. Furthermore, study group was added with Yinqiao-Qingdai decoction(one de-coction/d, 200 mL/time, two times/d). Results The CD4+ ,CD4+/CD8+ of patient in study group were all significantly in-creased compared to those in the control group ( P < 0.05), the effective rate were 58 % and 51% respectively in study group and control group ( P > 0.05 ), while disease control rates were 93 96 and 78 % ( P < 0.05 ) respectively. The occurrence rate of normal side effect in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yinqiao-Qing-dai decoction can improve the efficacy on local advanced NSCLC and decrease adverse events from chemoradiotherpy.
