糖尿病肾病患者与相关细胞因子水平的变化

目的:探讨了糖尿病肾病患者的血清白介素-2、白介素-6、白介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子水平的变化在肾病发生、发展过程中的作用。方法:应用放射免疫分析对38例糖尿病肾病患者和36例正常人进行了血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和TNF水平的检测。结果:糖尿病肾病患者血清中IL-6、IL-8和TNF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而IL-2水平则显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。结论:血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和TNF水平的变化在糖尿病肾病的发生和发展中相互作用,观察其浓度的变化对探讨其发病机理、预防和指导用药均有十分重要的临床价值。

Study on the Changes of Serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF Levels in Patients with Diabetic Nephrosis

Objective To investigate the changes of serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF levels in patients with diabetic nephrosis. Methods Serum IL-2, IL-6,IL-8 and TNF levels were measured with RIA in 38 patients with diabetic nephrosis and 36 controls. Results Serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF were significantly higher in patients with diabetic nephrosis than those in controls (P<0.01), but serum IL-2 levels were significantly lower in the patients (P<0.01). Conclusion These cytokines participated in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephrosis. Monitoring the changes of their serum levels was helpful for the management of the disease.
